I feel incredibly fortunate to have found a profession that brings me immense satisfaction – working with individuals on both emotional challenges and physical well-being. With an open heart, I’m excited to share my healing techniques with you.<\/p>\n

In 2021, my 22-year marriage abruptly ended, and I felt like the life I’d imagined had vanished, leaving me unexpectedly alone.\u00a0Despite my amazing family and friends, I experienced a newfound sense of abandonment.<\/p>\n

This journey of self-discovery and reinvention has been both challenging and enlightening.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I’ve learned that growth often arises from pain, and now, my mission is to support others through similar transitions or moments of feeling stuck, offering kindness and guidance to help them reinvent their best selves and transform their narrative.<\/span><\/p>\n
